My insurance career began in a small Allstate agency, where the customers became part of our agency family. When unforeseen events closed the agency I took the leap to commercial insurance, joining the Hylant Group’s Specialty Programs. What I love about the NIS program is that is has a personal agency feel, but the expertise of commercial insurance professionals who understand the niche-based needs of the rental equipment business owner. I value the great sense of camaraderie with my coworkers, and the rewarding sense of accomplishment which comes from speaking with our customers, meeting their needs, solving problems and answering questions. For me, our customers are a part of the family and I try to know them all by name.
