Our Home Office

Our Home Office is located in Toledo, Ohio. The office hours of operation correspond to Eastern Time. We have two work shifts to extend the hours that we can provide you with service until 6:00 PM Eastern Standard time, enabling our insureds in the western part of the nation to have access to our Customer Service Department for most of their working day. You will find our office to be well staffed and you will rarely be put on hold.
